Königstadt legt am 25. Juni in Berlin-Moabit den Grundstein für das Wohn- und Gesundheitshaus MOANOVA. Geplant sind ein Ärztehaus mit elf Praxen, Apotheke, Sanitätshaus, 19 Wohnungen, Gewerbe und studentische WGs um einen 1.000 m²-Innenhof. Bauzeit ca. 20 Monate, Fertigstellung Anfang 2028.
