The visit from the pair underlines the scheme\u2019s significance to Liverpool\u2019s ongoing regeneration and growth.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"snk-section snk-section_xs\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"container container-xs\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"row snk-textColumns\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-12 snk-textColumn\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"snk-textBlock\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once complete, The Gateway will deliver 656 high-spec apartments alongside 5-star residential amenities across four striking towers, uniquely connected by a landscaped seventh-floor skybridge \u2013 the first of its kind in the city. The scheme offers full-time, paid apprenticeships in construction to equip young people with the skills and opportunities to thrive.
