\u00a0Chesterton<\/span>s<\/a>\u00a0Global,<\/a>\u00a0the leading international network of real estate companies, has announced a new partnership with\u00a0Croisette\u00a0Properties<\/a>, a Cannes-based real estate firm with more than 25 years of experience in the French Riviera market.<\/p>\n

The partnership strengthens\u00a0Chesterton<\/span>s\u00a0Global\u2019s\u00a0presence in one of Europe\u2019s most established prime residential markets on the C\u00f4te D’Azur, bringing together\u00a0Croisette\u00a0Properties\u2019 local\u00a0expertise\u00a0with\u00a0Chesterton<\/span>s\u2019 international network and 220-year heritage.<\/p>\n

Cannes continues to attract strong international demand, particularly at the prime end of the market, where buyers from the UK, Europe and the United States\u00a0remain\u00a0active. While overseas purchasers account for only around 2% of residential transactions nationally in France (Banque de France), their presence is significantly higher in key coastal markets such as the French Riviera, where they have a disproportionate influence on pricing and demand at the upper end.<\/p>\n

Croisette\u00a0Properties has been a market leader in Cannes for over two decades, during which time the market has evolved from a\u00a0largely seasonal\u00a0second-home destination into a more globally integrated investment market, with buyers increasingly focused on long-term value alongside lifestyle benefits. Cannes and other prime markets have demonstrated\u00a0relative resilience through challenging cycles, supported by constrained supply and strong international visibility.<\/p>\n

The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two firms and reflects a shared approach to client service and international collaboration.<\/p>\n
