Carried out following a call for tenders organised by Cushman &#038; Wakefield in the fourth quarter of 2025, this transaction illustrates the group\u2019s ongoing strategy: to identify under-exploited assets in high-potential neighbourhoods, and to bring them back to life through ambitious architectural projects driven by a high quality requirement. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-12 snk-textColumn\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"snk-textBlock\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>A built heritage to be transformed, in the heart of an exceptional district<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Located in the heart of the Marais \u2014 one of the most sought-after areas of the capital, where history, culture and economic dynamism intersect \u2014 this empty five-storey office building has considerable value creation potential. The rue de Montmorency, one of the oldest in Paris, gives the project a rare heritage dimension. The acquisition was carried out with the support of Mathieu Maurin (BL Notaires).
