The transaction was subscribed by a consortium of eight international banks.<\/p>\n<p>The credit facility has an initial term of five years, with two one-year extension options, and includes an accordion option of up to \u20ac100 million. The capital will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund the growth of the portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The lenders in the facility are ABN AMRO Bank N.V., BNP Paribas Fortis SA\/NV, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, Brussels Branch as Bookrunning Mandated Lead Arrangers, together with CaixaBank S.A., French Branch, J.P. Morgan SE, KBC Bank NV and Rabobank U.A. as Mandated Lead Arrangers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col col-12 snk-textColumn\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"snk-textBlock\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201cThis transaction marks the first significant refinancing following the successful completion of the exchange offer with Cofinimmo and Aedifica\u2019s subsequent S&amp;P credit rating upgrade to BBB+ in March 2026.
