Eigent\u00fcmer und Vermieter ist die Euref -Campus D\u00fcsseldorf Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH &amp; Co. Erste NRW KG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(19, 30, 41)\">GTU Mobility, ein Ingenieurb\u00fcro mit dem Motto \u201eVerkehrsinfrastruktur aus einer Hand\u201c, plant, mit der Niederlassung Rhein-Ruhr im zweiten Quartal 2026 rund 1.900 m\u00b2 auf dem Campus zu beziehen. Bis dahin ist das Unternehmen am Standort D\u00fcsseldorf auf 500 m\u00b2 in der Oststra\u00dfe 54 ans\u00e4ssig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(19, 30, 41)\">Der Medizintechnikhersteller M\u00f6lnlycke Health Care hat derweil 830 m\u00b2 auf dem Campus angemietet. Derzeit hat das Unternehmen seinen Standort im Global Gate III auf der Grafenberger Allee 297.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(19, 30, 41)\">JLL hat beide Nutzer beraten und die Anmietungen vermittelt.
