The HT Group has extended the existing lease agreement with Dussmann for around 1,807 m² of canteen space in Gradestraße in Hanover for a further ten years. With the long-term conclusion of the contract, the Hamburg-based investment, asset and fund manager is strengthening the income base of the property and underlining the attractiveness of the location.
The canteen operated by Dussmann is a central component of the property’s usage concept. There, food is prepared not only for the tenants in the building, but also for daycare centers, schools and other external facilities. The ten-year lease provides Dussmann with the necessary planning security to use the site as a production facility on a permanent basis.
In total, the office building in Gradestraße has around 26,600 m² of rental space. The contract extension underlines the sustainable quality of the site and confirms the successful cooperation between HT Group and its long-standing tenant.
