The Römerquartier 2 of the project developer Bonava is nearing completion. In November 2026, the company will complete construction work on 50 more condominiums in the Liebigstraße development area. 47 of the apartments have already been sold. Bonava is building apartments with one to four rooms and different floor plans. The offer is thus aimed at singles and couples as well as families and investors.
“With its location directly on the Bürgerpark and its proximity to the S-Bahn, the Römerquartier combines living close to nature with good connections to Frankfurt and the surrounding cities,” says Robin Schröder, project manager at Bonava in Germany. “At the same time, we were able to reduce construction costs through standardized processes and our serial construction method, which is also reflected in the sales prices.
All residential units in Römerquartier 2 are designed according to the Efficiency House 55 standard and have underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows and electric shutters. Some of the apartments are also barrier-free. The project also includes 63 underground parking spaces, seven outdoor parking spaces and communal outdoor areas.
Römerquartier 2 is an independent project development within the Römerquartier in the Liebigstraße development area, the largest new construction project in the city of Langen. Bonava had already completed 153 condominiums there in 2022.
