In the business park at Mariechen-Graulich-Straße 10–14a in Flörsheim am Main, a total of around 3,200 m² of hall and office space has been brokered to OneWave GmbH. The owner of the property, which is now fully let, is the pan-European industrial real estate investment manager Boreal IM.
The new user will move into around 2,700 m² of warehouse space and around 500 m² of office space. OneWave GmbH, based in Sulzbach (Taunus), is a specialist and strategic growth partner for Korean beauty and skincare brands. With more than 40 employees, OneWave connects innovative Korean brands with leading stationary and digital retail partners in Germany and Europe.
As a distributor, brand builder and strategic sparring partner, OneWave accompanies brands from market entry to distribution and business development to marketing, education and retail activation. The newly rented space in Flörsheim creates additional logistical capacities and enables OneWave to further bundle warehouse and operational processes and align them with the planned growth.
The property, which was built in 2015, comprises a total of around 17,800 m² of rental space and combines modern logistics and office space.
Flörsheim am Main is centrally located in the FrankfurtRheinMain metropolitan region between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz. The commercial site on Mariechen-Graulich-Straße is connected to the regional and national road network via the nearby A66, A3 and A671 motorways. Frankfurt Airport is about 15 kilometres away.
