Goldbeck Property Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, has been commissioned with the commercial and technical property management for the mixed-use Perlach Plaza district in Munich. The ensemble includes the Perlach Arkaden with 21 commercial units, several apartment buildings and a park. In total, Goldbeck Property Services manages 50,000 square metres of floor space. The client is the investment and asset manager KGAL, for whom Goldbeck Property Services already manages twelve other properties. These include the RWE Campus in Essen, the Jannowitz in Berlin and the BeOne office building in Frankfurt.
