HDI has extended its partnership with Goldbeck Facility Services by three years. The facility management provider will continue to be responsible for the technical operation of HDI’s head office in Hanover. The complex offers around 77,000 m² of floor space for approximately 1,800 employees.
Ten German asset management companies have founded the association DORCA e.V. to support compliance with the EU’s DORA regulations. Plans include joint audits of critical IT service providers, the sharing of insights and uniform security standards.
From 2027, MVGM will take over the property management of a further 17 properties for Core Property, comprising around 350 residential and commercial units in Berlin (approx. 12,000 m²). Following Expo Real, Rohrer Immobilien has been awarded the contract to market a residential complex comprising 130 flats. According to the project developer, the largely energy-self-sufficient building concept designed by Timo Leukefeld and a flat-rate rent model enable basic rents to be around 16 per cent higher and a net initial yield of approximately 4 per cent.
