From 2027, MVGM will take over property management for Core Property for a further 17 properties comprising around 350 residential and commercial units in Berlin. The total lettable area amounts to around 12,000 m². This marks a continuation of the partnership that began in April, which to date has covered around 920 residential and commercial units in Hanover. With this expansion, MVGM will manage a total of around 70 properties for Core Property, with a total lettable area of more than 80,000 square metres.
The Berlin-based team will take charge of the commercial and technical management, as well as the letting management, of the properties. MVGM is thus strengthening its presence in the capital and extending its collaboration with Core Property to another property market.
