MVGM remains condominium administrator at FOUR Frankfurt

The FOUR Terra owners' association has once again commissioned MVGM to manage the WEG in the Terra residential tower of the FOUR Frankfurt district. MVGM has been looking after the property since 2024 and also represents the owners in neighbourhood management; the complex integration of hotel, retail and services characterises the mandate.

MVGM is providing technical advisory for a nationwide commercial portfolio. The mandate covers 11 properties with around 100,000 m²; Tasks range from maintenance and operator duties to capex management and sales support. Locations include Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Berlin.

MVGM manages 920 residential and commercial units in Hanover for Core Property

MVGM has been awarded the contract for the property management of around 920 residential and commercial units in Hanover from Core Property. The portfolio comprises 53 properties on a total area of over 68,000 sqm. The mandate strengthens MVGM's presence in Lower Saxony and aims to achieve the sustainable performance of the portfolio.

MVGM takes over property management for Aberdeen's nationwide residential and commercial portfolio with 1,138 units

The tender was designed and managed by Bell Consultants and included both commercial and technical property management services for a total of 1,138 units. MVGM takes care of all property management services as well as the leasing of the space.
