Laying of the foundation stone for “MOANOVA” in Berlin-Moabit

Königstadt will lay the foundation stone for the MOANOVA residential and health centre in Berlin-Moabit on 25 June. A medical center with eleven practices, pharmacy, medical supply store, 19 apartments, commercial and student shared flats are planned around a 1,000 m² courtyard. Construction time approx. 20 months, completion at the beginning of 2028.

Opening of the repowered Scheid wind farm: MLK Group and eegon celebrate together with local citizens

MLK Group and the eegon Eifel Energy Cooperative opened the repowered Scheid wind farm in the Volcanic Eifel region on 10 June. Two Nordex N163 turbines in the 7 MW class are connected to the grid, with an output of 14 MW. The focus is on citizen participation; further expansion is planned.

HAMBURG TEAM and OTTO WULFF celebrated the topping-out ceremony for HEY Charlottenburg on Berlin's Mierendorff Island. By mid-2027, 337 apartments, a daycare center, common areas and two courtyards will be built. The quarter complies with KfW-55-NH with PV, heat pumps and green roofs.
