Rohrer Immobilien is strengthening its Private Real Estate division and, with Andreas Baumann as the new director, is sending a clear signal for experienced advice in the sale of houses and new-build properties, reliable cooperation with property developers and owners as well as an attractive management and team culture. Baumann took over responsibility for the department on 1 July and is to develop it further both professionally and in terms of personnel.
Clear positioning for customers, property developers and applicants
Rohrer Immobilien associates three central messages with the new management: Potential customers will find an experienced contact person in the private real estate sector for the sale of houses, high-quality existing properties and new construction projects. Property developers benefit from grown sales experience, market knowledge and structured marketing processes. At the same time, under Baumann's leadership, Rohrer Immobilien is positioning itself as an attractive employer for real estate professionals who want to work in an experienced team with cooperative, structured management and challenging mandates.
More than 25 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Born in Munich, he has more than 25 years of professional and management experience in the real estate industry. His focus is on the sale of new and existing properties, cooperation with property developers and investors, and the development of sustainable marketing strategies. In various management positions, he built up sales and marketing structures and accompanied numerous new construction projects from development to sale and handover.
"With Andreas Baumann , we have gained a proven real estate expert who has been familiar with the Munich market, the Fünfseenland and the Alpine region around Tegernsee and Schliersee in detail for many years. His experience in the sale of houses, sophisticated existing properties and new construction projects is just as valuable for our clients as it is for property developers looking for a professional sales partner. At the same time, he stands for clear, modern management, with which we want to further develop our private real estate division as an attractive working environment," says Sven Keussen, Managing Partner of Rohrer Immobilien.
Mediation as a trust advantage in complex sales
A special profile feature is Baumann's training as a mediator. This qualification is an important added value, especially in complex real estate sales, for example when communities of owners, several family members or communities of heirs have to make joint decisions. His experience in structured and solution-oriented discussions helps to bring together different interests, build trust and professionally accompany sales processes.
"The Munich residential real estate market needs individual advice, experience and trust. I am looking forward to further developing the private real estate division together with the Rohrer Immobilien team. We want to support owners in the sale of houses and high-quality residential properties just as convincingly as property developers in the new construction segment. At the same time, it is important to me to create an environment in which experienced real estate consultants can contribute and develop their strengths. Especially in demanding personal situations, we want to provide professionally precise, humanly binding and solution-oriented advice," says Baumann.
