The international investor and asset manager Cabot Properties acquired a logistics property in Linden, Hesse. BNP Paribas Real Estate's advisors acted on behalf of the seller in the transaction.
The logistics centre in Linden has a good 15,800 m² of rental space, of which around 11,000 m² is logistics/hall space, on a plot of around 33,400 m². The property can be expanded by up to 4,000 m² of logistics space and is currently let to a single tenant. The modern logistics centre was built in 2000 and partially modernised in 2012. Thanks to the ideal connection to the A485 and the central A45 traffic axis, the Frankfurt city area can be reached within 35 minutes by car. "We are very pleased to add this property to our portfolio," said Konstantin Braun, Vice President Investments at Cabot Properties. "With high functionality in an attractive location, this property offers exceptional added value for the user's supply chain."
