The Empira Group, a vertically integrated property investment manager and a company within the Partners Group, has let approximately 3,192 square metres of gross floor area at the Kistlerhof in Munich to Hologate GmbH. The technology company will occupy space on the ground floor and on the sixth floor of Building 1 at Kistlerhofstraße 70. The move-in is scheduled for 1 November 2026, following completion of the planned refurbishment works.

Hologate is an internationally active technology company founded in Munich in 2013, specialising in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR). The company develops integrated solutions comprising software, hardware and intelligent systems for a range of sectors, including enterprise, defence, public safety, education and entertainment. The combination of office and exhibition space at the Kistlerhof enables Hologate to bring together its working environments and the presentation of its technologies in a single location.

“HOLOGATE has grown significantly in recent years. We owe this success to our team and to the trust placed in us by our customers and partners. We are looking forward to bringing our staff back together under one roof with this move within the Kistlerhof. The new premises open up more opportunities for collaboration and interaction with our customers and create an attractive working environment with scope for our further development. We will be sharing more details on this very soon,” says Leif Petersen, founder and CEO of HOLOGATE.

By letting space to Hologate, Empira is continuing to develop the Kistlerhof as a hub for innovative and technology-focused businesses. The site already brings together companies from the fields of technology, digitalisation and the creative industries. Flexible space concepts and the combination of different types of use form the basis for the neighbourhood’s further development.

“With Hologate, we are welcoming an innovative and internationally oriented technology company to the Kistlerhof. This lease fits in very well with our strategy of further developing the site as a modern business location with a diverse mix of technology, the creative industries and other forward-looking uses,” says Benjamin Meiereder, Asset Manager at Empira Group.

The Kistlerhof, located in the Obersendling district of Munich, has a total gross floor area of around 78,000 square metres and combines existing buildings with planned new developments. The development plan includes, amongst other things, office, retail, catering, leisure, hotel and laboratory spaces. Building 1 comprises around 18,000 square metres of gross floor area. The site is just a few minutes’ walk from the Aidenbachstraße underground station and has a direct connection to Munich’s public transport network.
