In their new roles, the two advisors will support the further expansion of Newmark's Living business in Germany. Schäplitz will work closely with Jonathan Tegtmeyer in the Residential Capital Markets division. Under the leadership of Daniel Kleinsorg, Scheffler advises clients throughout Germany on acquisitions and sales in the healthcare and social infrastructure sector.
