With three new contracts signed and three openings in Vienna and Linz
, Limehome has surpassed the 1,000-unit mark in Austria. More
than 500 of these are in Vienna, which ranks among the company’s largest
locations in Europe alongside Berlin and Madrid. The projects include
the conversion of office buildings, hotel repositioning schemes and new-build developments in central locations,
which are operated as serviced apartments
using a technology-based management concept. Partners include, amongst others, CPI Europe, LAMACO
Immobilien, United Benefits Holding and Majer Immobilien Holding. According to the company, the
two most recently opened Vienna locations have achieved average occupancy rates of over 90
per cent since
their respective openings; the new Linz Urfahr location has recorded over 93 per cent in its first few weeks
.
Matthias Maas, Vice President of Expansion for DACH & Benelux at Limehome:

property owners, whether the projects involve
office conversions, hotel repositioning or new-build developments. We
