JLL brokers transaction of logistics property with 10,500 m² of rental space
The investor Realterm, which specialises in logistics real estate, has acquired a property in Mönchengladbach at Regioparkring 4. On the 37,350 m² site, there is a building built in 2016 with a total of 10,500 m² of rental space, which is divided into around 7,500 m² of hall space and 3,000 m² of office space. Previously, the property was used by the fashion company Zerres as a logistics center, but the space is now vacant. Realterm has acquired the property as part of its value-add strategy and intends to reposition the property on the market, creating space for industrial outdoor storage (IOS) on the expansion site.
