Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG has successfully facilitated the letting of a retail space measuring approximately 170 m² at Wachmannstraße 103 in Bremen. The new tenant is GEERS Hörakustik AG & Co. KG. The space was previously occupied by the fitness provider Mrs. Sporty. The landlord is a private individual. The tenancy commenced on 1 August 2026.
