Sirius Real Estate has acquired a high-quality business park at Hans-Riedl-Straße 5–9, 13–23 in Feldkirchen near Munich from Deka Immobilien. The property comprises around 27,000 m² of rental space, divided into office, service and warehouse space. The property, which was built in 2002, is leased on a long-term basis to tenants from various industries and is characterised by functional architecture with bright staircases and modern features.
