The logistics service provider Barsan Global Logistics has leased around 4,500 square metres of logistics space in the north of Cologne in order to further expand its customer business in the Cologne area. The rental space comprises around 3,700 square metres of hall space, 640 square metres of mezzanine space and 130 square metres of office space.
The owner of the property is a Luxembourg investment company, represented by Invesco Real Estate.

The consulting and brokerage firm Colliers acted as an advisor and broker for both the owner and tenant sides during the lease. The handover of the property has already taken place.
