The AVENTOS Group has leased 16,500 square meters in its logistics property BENTO Leverkusen to Westmax Consulting KG. A green lease agreement has been concluded for the hall, office and social areas. Angermann NRW GmbH acted as an advisor and broker within the framework of a qualified lead mandate. Legally, AVENTOS was advised by Greenberg Traurig.
“With the long-term lease to Westmax Consulting KG, we have achieved full occupancy at BENTO Leverkusen. It marks the successful completion of our sustainable site transformation. We now have the ideal user for the property, whose concept underlines the strategic orientation of the location,” says Michael Rothkopf, Senior Developer at AVENTOS.

AVENTOS acquired the site at the beginning of 2022 for a joint venture together with a leading global real estate investment manager. The building complex at Siemensstraße 2 – 18 comprises around 25,000 square metres of rentable usable space, which is spread over eleven contiguous halls. A strategic restructuring of the property by AVENTOS has enabled a sustainable multi-tenant structure with separate rental units and transformed the property into an attractive, modern and promising commercial location, taking into account various sustainability aspects. The property is strategically located in the middle of the Rhine-Ruhr conurbation and in the immediate vicinity of the Leverkusen motorway junction (A 1 / A 3), which is one of the busiest in Europe.
