INTREAL closed the 2025 financial year with significant growth and successfully completed its strategic development into an international administration platform for real assets.
As of December 31, 2025, INTREAL’s assets under administration (AuA) amounted to EUR 90.1 billion. The company reports all of the Group’s AuA bundled, including all subsidiaries. At the end of the third quarter of 2025, the Group’s AuA was still at 86.6 billion euros. INTREAL is thus consistently continuing its growth course in the final quarter of 2025 and exceeding the EUR 90 billion mark in assets under administration for the first time.
Significant growth in fund services
In particular, the growth of AuA’s back-office services in the area of fund services developed dynamically last year. The administered volume here rose by 5.4 percent to EUR 52.3 billion in the fourth quarter (30/09/2025: EUR 49.6 billion). Despite a still challenging market environment, INTREAL also recorded a noticeable upturn in its core business – the launch and administration of funds in Germany and Luxembourg: Here, AuA rose by around 2 percent quarter-on-quarter to EUR 37.7 billion (30/09/2025: EUR 37.0 billion).

With our offer, we meet the current needs of the industry: We take over all administrative services in both regulated and unregulated environments, so that our customers can consistently concentrate on their core business. In this way, we offer a foundation for the success of our customers,” says Andreas Ertle, Managing Director of INTREAL. “What is new is that we are bundling all services under the INTREAL umbrella brand for the first time. In this way, we are making transparent what we have long been: an independent, internationally positioned administration platform for real assets.”
Significant increase in funds, properties and employees
As of December 31, 2025, INTREAL administered 395 funds (30/09/2025: 381 funds). The number of fund partners was 73 (30/09/2025: 72). At the property level, there was significant growth: the number of administered properties rose to 3,612 (30/09/2025: 3,511). At the same time, the Group continued to expand its personnel capacities. At the end of the year, INTREAL employed 562 people (30/09/2025: 555) at its locations in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.
