Union Investment has signed a lease agreement for the first and second floors of the office and commercial building “The Precedent” in Brussels. Industrious, one of the world’s leading providers of flexible workplace solutions, has secured a total of around 2,000 m² for twelve years. The move-in is planned for September 2026. Since 2004, “The Precedent” has been part of the portfolio of UniInstitutional European Real Estate, an open-ended real estate mutual fund for institutional investors.
