The VIVIT Group, an investment and asset manager specialising in office, residential and commercial real estate as well as a portfolio developer, has been commissioned by DEMIRE AG to manage the letting of the TRIO office building, the Office Campus Heerdt, in Düsseldorf-Heerdt. This is a multi-tenant property with around 30,000 square metres of rental space, of which around a third is currently still available for rent.
The TRIO was built in 1994 and consists of three differently dimensioned building sections that form the Heerdt Office Campus at Wiesenstraße 70. Embedded in a park-like outdoor area, the building complex offers efficiently designed office and commercial space of various sizes, which can be individually adapted as required.
The Heerdt Office Campus is characterised by a balanced mix of industries. The current existing tenants include an apartment operator, an IT service provider, an office furniture manufacturer and a sports goods manufacturer. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Düsseldorf’s Rhine meadows are also within walking distance.
The TRIO benefits from its excellent access to the A52, which is only a few minutes’ drive away. Via a subway station within walking distance, users can reach Düsseldorf Central Station or the city centre in around 30 minutes. Düsseldorf International Airport can be reached by car in just under 20 minutes.
