The investment and asset manager ALÌTUS Capital Partners from Erlangen has advised a private investor community on the acquisition of a retail property in Forchheim. The seller and purchase price were not disclosed.
The property comprises a usable area of around 1,200 m² and is located in an established commercial area with very good transport connections. Several main traffic axes run in the immediate vicinity, which ensure quick accessibility from the surrounding area. There are 75 parking spaces available on the property.
“The property offers our client a long-term stable investment in a sustainable retail segment. The main reasons for this were the high customer frequency, the high tenant creditworthiness and the location in the region, which cannot be reproduced,” says Katharina v.
