Colliers has brokered three leases in Neu-Isenburg for a total of more than 5,500 square metres of office space.
The deals relate to the properties Hugenottenallee 175, The Curve and LeByro, which are among the most sought-after office properties at the location. The tenants include a leading Chinese car manufacturer with a growing presence in Europe, a provider of safety-critical communication solutions and an international company from the healthcare sector.
Neu-Isenburg convinces with a moderate rent level and an attractive trade tax environment – two factors that make the location particularly interesting for companies with long-term prospects. The three brokered properties are among the most sought-after options in Neu-Isenburg – especially in terms of construction quality, technical equipment and sustainability standards. In addition, they will benefit from the planned connection to the Regionaltangente West, which will further enhance the location in the future.
“The demand for modern office space with good transport connections remains high. Through a structured consulting process, we were able to optimally match the requirements of the tenants with the market offer,” says Zijad Gibic, Head of Office Letting at Colliers in Frankfurt.
