IT service provider adesso SE leased 3,200 m² of office space in Düsseldorf’s AIRPARK through BNP Paribas Real Estate consultants. The landlord is a Hamburg family office. adesso will relocate its existing office space within the Airport City. At the new location at Klaus-Bungert-Str. 1, the company is optimising space efficiency and communication by accommodating all employees on one floor. The office space is complemented by a separate, contemporary meeting area with an adjacent social area including a roof terrace. The move will take place in the summer months of 2026.
The lease is the largest deal of 2025 in Airport City. The adesso Group has over 11,100 employees at more than 65 locations and is one of the leading IT service providers in the German-speaking world.
