Aachener Grundvermögen is acquiring the senior living project "Etrium" in Ebersberg from the Eurytos Group for its healthcare real estate fund via forward deal. 63 barrier-free rental apartments with service, day care and EH40 standard are planned. Completion: Q4/2028.
The cooperation project "Climate Lab Cologne" is investigating how inner-city retail locations remain attractive despite increasing heat. Research shows that climate adaptation must be planned on a site-by-site basis. Measures such as shading, greening or water misting are evaluated on the basis of data.
The property is part of a sustainable new development district and includes 28 barrier-free apartments for the elderly, a day care centre with 20 places, a public café, a hairdressing and pedicure practice, guest rooms and areas for an outpatient service.
The capital management company is thus expanding its portfolio in Frankfurt to ten 1a retail properties in a prime city centre location – three of them in Goethestraße, one of the most high-profile luxury and high-end shopping locations in Germany.
