AG Real Estate France has delivered the "Marceau" office building in Bas-Montreuil. The project develops 8,900 m² of office space supplemented by 2,600 m² of outdoor spaces, including green terraces and a rainwater management system. Designed by the AZC agency and developed in partnership with Marignan, the complex offers flexible workspaces, excellent transport links and a 25% reduction in the urban heat island effect.
