Catella Investment Management has acquired two planned residential buildings in the Liesel Quartier in Göttingen from WERTGRUND Wohnpartner GmbH. The buildings comprise 118 privately financed apartments and a daycare area, with construction starting in December 2025 and completion in 2027.
Catella Investment Management has acquired a residential complex in Fürstenfeldbruck, consisting of three existing buildings and a planned new building. The new building is scheduled to be completed by 2027 and the existing buildings will be renovated to make them more energy-efficient.
