Deutsche Asset One has completed two residential property transactions in Berlin totalling around 120 million euros. A listed building complex in Tempelhof-Schöneberg was sold for approximately 100 million euros, whilst the new-build complex ‘Grünfinken’ in Altglienicke was acquired for approximately 20 million euros.
