The Dr. Peters Group has signed new five-year leasing agreements with Emirates for Airbus A380s of the Flight Invest 50 and 51 funds and sold aircraft parts of the Flight Invest 49. As a result, investors achieve total distributions of 125% to over 140%.

LSI Sachwertanalyse rates the public AIF "Immobilienportfolio Deutschland II" of the Dr. Peters Group with "GUT+" and confirms the strategy in food-anchored local supply centres. Early REWE contract extension in Beckum and new lease in Rathenow strengthen the portfolio.

The Dr. Peters Group is taking over the investor management for nine funds of Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. In doing so, it serves over 10,000 additional investors and strengthens its business in renewable energies. Further mandates are in preparation.

The Dr. Peters Group reports a positive current account balance of its real estate funds for 2025: 24 active funds paid out an average of 5.6% p.a., a total of € 13 million (+6%). Occupancy rate 99.4%, WALT 12.8 years; Acquisition in Rathenow and early lease extensions with BImA and REWE. Closed funds achieved an average of 148.3% total return.

The Dr. Peters Group reports 34 extended leases in the DS Yield Fund (Seelow): Deichmann until the end of March 2031 plus options until 2041, Rossmann at least three more years. Kaufland had already extended its lease early until the end of March 2033.

The Dr. Peters Group has repaid the 5.75% Flughafenhotel-Düsseldorf bond on time and in full after three years. Issue volume: EUR 18 million. All interest was paid as planned.
