First Home Wohnbau is launching the sale of 14 semi-detached houses in Beelitz, near Potsdam, for investors. The EH55 houses, with 121 and 141 m² of living space respectively, will be completed to a turnkey standard within four months; the Beelitz municipal housing association will handle letting and management on request.
