Habona Invest has acquired a newly built Edeka supermarket in Bad Berneck on behalf of the public fund Habona Deutsche Nahversorgungsimmobilien Fonds 09. The supermarket is due to open in December 2026; Edeka Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen is the anchor tenant with a 15-year lease.
