Hammer AG is leasing more than 850 square meters of office and technical space to CUBOS in Munich's Connex on a long-term basis. The space was brokered by Stock Real Estate. With the new location, CUBOS is strengthening its presence in southern Germany.

Hammer AG has opened Marina Monaco as Munich's first marina and thus started marketing the future "Neue Schmiede" quarter. The interim use is being created with Sylvenstein Event. At the same time, the "Vertical Garden" will grow on Frankfurter Ring until 2028.
