SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH begins construction of a new site in Bremen. The property will be built on a 9,080 m² plot and is intended to merge the previous locations. Occupancy is scheduled for October 2026.
Peper & Söhne is building a new production and logistics site in Kassel for Rehadapt GmbH. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2026, with the building combining production, assembly and warehouse logistics.
New building in the Bayernstraße industrial park replaces the current location in Ingolstädter Straße. Construction work will begin in January, with move-in planned for October 2026.
