The wvm Group Berlin plans to complete around 300 new apartments in Berlin and the surrounding area by 2026. The company relies on industrially prefabricated components to optimize construction times and quality.
Construction is progressing according to plan: the shell construction work will be completed in September. The project comprises 49 condominiums, of which around 50 percent have already been occupied. Occupancy is planned for spring 2026.
