Completion of shell construction in the residential project Roelckestraße 111 in Berlin-Weißensee

Construction is progressing according to plan: the shell construction work will be completed in September. The project comprises 49 condominiums, of which around 50 percent have already been occupied. Occupancy is planned for spring 2026.
