B&L Property Management (B&L PM) is taking over another office property for HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG on 1 January 2026. The property at Konsul-Smidt-Straße 19 – 25 in Bremen’s “Office Center Übersee” was built in 2018/2019 and has around 21,600 square meters of rental space. The property is one of the city’s modern, large-scale office locations. The main tenant is the food company Mondelez Germany, which maintains its German headquarters here.
Thomas Junkersfeld, Managing Director of B&L Property Management, emphasizes: “With the acquisition of the property in Bremen’s Überseestadt, we are continuing the continuous expansion of our cooperation with HanseMerkur Grundvermögen. The extension of the mandate is an expression of a trusting, reliable partnership and the satisfaction of both banks.”
With the new property, the management portfolio for which B&L PM is responsible for HanseMerkur Grundvermögen grows to eight properties. In total, B&L PM currently manages around 1,150,000 square meters of rental space for 82 properties with a portfolio value of around 7.2 billion euros nationwide.
