bridalicious, a new bridal fashion concept from hochzeitsrausch, opens a location in Bremen. At Konsul-Schmidt-Straße 68/68a, the company, which specialises in bridal fashion, is moving into around 500 m² of retail space in Überseestadt. A special feature of the concept is that bridalicious offers customizable wedding dresses directly from the factory. The opening took place on January 2, 2026.
With this agreement, all ground floor areas of the site – except for one unit – have been allocated. The landlord of the area is the Tierärzteversorgung Niedersachsen. Robert C. Spies Gewerbe & Investment GmbH & Co. KG acted as an advisor and broker.
