Following the signing of a lease agreement with Everpure for around 14,500 m² of office space, CA Immo has achieved full occupancy of the newly refurbished Danube House office building in Riverside Karlín, Prague. The extensive renovation project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
Everpure joins the list of world-class international blue-chip tenants at Danube House. The early full lease is a strong endorsement of the repositioning strategy for Danube House by the market and shows the continued demand for high-quality, design-led office space in Prague’s most established office locations.

The comprehensive renovation of Danube House is progressing; the work is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. Upon completion, the building will offer around 22,500 sqm of modern, sustainable office space that combines high design standards, advanced technologies and strong ESG performance.
Highlights of the new Danube House include:
- Façade renewal: A new terracotta façade designed by Bogle Architects will enhance the shape and accessibility of the building while maintaining its iconic visibility.
- Revitalization of the atrium and common areas: The atrium will be transformed into the beating heart of the building, with floating platforms, lounges, hanging meeting rooms overlooking the river, as well as a large conservatory, gym and bistro serving healthy cuisine.
- Sustainability solutions: The aim is to achieve LEED Platinum certification and Energy Performance Certificate B, with renewable heating and cooling sources (e.g. heat pumps), advanced waste recycling and 100% renewable electricity.
- Technological modernizations: Intelligent access control and lighting, CO₂ monitoring, new elevators and its own smart app with community functions.
- New services and outdoor areas: Balconies, conservatories, roof terraces, art installations, bicycle parking facilities and a prestigious new main entrance with panoramic elevator.
