CAERUS Debt Investments AG (CAERUS), acting as investment adviser to an institutional fund, has arranged a senior loan of €19.9 million. The loan is secured by a diversified Dutch residential and mixed-use portfolio. It comprises 15 properties in the Netherlands with a lettable area of around 11,600 square metres and is broadly diversified across more than 180 tenancy agreements; it is currently almost fully let.
The transaction underlines CAERUS’s ongoing commitment to financing resilient property investments based on stable cash flows, a moderate leverage ratio and a clear ESG strategy.
