RQI Immobilien AG and Westend Bank take over a €50 million residential project in Frankfurt

RQI Immobilien AG and Westend Bank have taken over an office-to-residential conversion project (approx. 8,400 m² gross floor area) in Frankfurt-Rödelheim, which originated from insolvency proceedings. The joint venture “RQI Smart Living in Frankfurt” is planning over 100 units; marketing is scheduled to begin in spring 2028.

Rohrer Immobilien: New energy strategy boosts rental income by 16 per cent / Marketing mandate for 130 flats

Following Expo Real, Rohrer Immobilien has been awarded the contract to market a residential complex comprising 130 flats. According to the project developer, the largely energy-self-sufficient building concept designed by Timo Leukefeld and a flat-rate rent model enable basic rents to be around 16 per cent higher and a net initial yield of approximately 4 per cent.

Vastint and Hines are developing around 1,700 flats on the site of the former glassmaking district in Düsseldorf

Vastint and Hines have acquired the Glasmacherviertel in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim as part of a joint venture. They plan to build between 1,600 and 1,800 flats, along with local amenities and social infrastructure, on a site covering around 193,000 m². The development will take place in phases and is currently undergoing the planning and approval process.

Plans are underway for a hybrid energy site with approx. 38 MW and BESS integration in Hameln

Kinesis and NEDE are planning a hybrid energy site in Hameln-Afferde comprising two wind turbines, two PV arrays and a BESS (totalling approx. 38 MW).
