HIH Invest Real Estate (HIH Invest) has acquired a logistics project in Bensheim, southern Hesse, as part of a joint venture with the Northern European investment company Nrep, the real estate company of Urban Partners.
The specialist courier service provider in the premium segment World Courier has leased around 800 m² of office space and 1,600 m² of logistics space in the Ammerkamp industrial park in Kirchheim and is expected to move into the location at Ammerthalstraße 2-32 at the beginning of 2026.
The Darmstadt-based AI scale-up etalytics continues to grow and is renting around 700 square meters of office space at Leydheckerstraße 10 as part of its expansion.
The owner of the new office space is a private investor. Savills acted as an advisor to the tenant throughout the brokerage process, while the landlord was advised by CBRE.
The transaction was carried out for an individual mandate and together with the KVG platform Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG) for the Catella European Residential fund.
With the solar parks in Treuenbrietzen (Brandenburg) and Bruchweiler (Rhineland-Palatinate), the fund portfolio is being built up in a targeted manner and an important contribution is being made to the energy transition. Both projects were developed by ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA.
The new store, scheduled to open in early 2026, will become the largest organic food supermarket in Germany in terms of floor space. The Depot site comprises a total of approx. 10,279 square meters of lettable space.
