The global real estate service provider CBRE has brokered a 2,675-square-meter commercial property in its entirety to Deutsche TGS GmbH, a subsidiary of Vonovia SE. Deutsche TGS GmbH is responsible for all renovations and maintenance of Vonovia SE’s nationwide residential portfolio. The owner of the property at Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße 1-5 in Maintal near Frankfurt am Main is a family office from Maintal.
“The quick re-letting of the property is a significant success – not only for the owner, who was able to hand over seamlessly to a new user, but also for the new tenant, who had been looking for a suitable location in Maintal for a long time,” explains Stefan Frankenbach, Director Office Leasing at CBRE.
“The successful follow-up lease underlines the attractiveness of Maintal as a business location. We are pleased that a company of this size will be retained in our city – a strong sign for further development,” emphasize Mayor Monika Böttcher and Economic Development Officer Anke Prätzas.

The A66 motorway ensures fast connections to Frankfurt and Hanau, while public transport, such as buses and S-Bahn, offers easy access to the surrounding cities. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in just about 30 minutes.
