The global real estate service provider CBRE is taking over the asset and property management of the Taunus Tower in Eschborn. The client is the owner company Xanadu Properties S.à r.l. The asset management mandate will start on 1 October 2026, the property management mandate on 1 January 2027.

The Taunus Tower is located at Mergenthalerallee 73–75 in Eschborn and has around 16,000 square metres of rental space on 16 upper floors. The office high-rise, built in 1998, stands on a plot of around 6,285 square metres. The property offers a representative, two-storey lobby, flexibly usable office space as well as an underground car park and outdoor parking spaces. The property is an established office location in Eschborn that has a well-known tenant mix. The anchor tenant is Deutsche Bahn. Other tenants include Qontigo and Deutsche Börse.

"By dovetailing asset management, property management, leasing and ESG consulting, we are pursuing a holistic management approach for the Taunus Tower. Our goal is to further strengthen the building's market position, continuously develop the quality, efficiency and attractiveness of the property and thus secure its long-term value development," says Henrik O. Schleicher, Head of Asset Services at CBRE.

"With CBRE, we have found a partner who pursues an end-to-end approach to the further development and positioning of the Taunus Tower. We are looking forward to working together and to successfully driving forward the long-term development of the Taunus Tower together," says Maxime Laisné for Xanadu Properties S.à r.l.
