Cloudbrixx GmbH, a specialist in digital software solutions in real estate management, has won Dennis Kasch as a partner and appointed Aylin Yelsali as Head of Customer Success Management.
Kasch (37) will be responsible for Sales & Marketing, among other things. In this role, he will drive the scaling and further market expansion of Cloudbrixx. He brings extensive experience from the international PropTech industry. Most recently, he headed sales at the world’s largest PropTech company Yardi for three years, where he was responsible for expanding market penetration in the DACH region.
Yelsali (39) will strategically develop the Customer Success department. The aim is to set up implementations in a more plannable, faster and more scalable way and to make customer results consistently measurable. The focus is on onboarding excellence, usage adoption, value realization and professional enterprise reporting along defined KPIs. Yelsali has extensive experience in project and transformation management in the tech and PropTech environment, including in a management position at blackprintpartners and in consulting project responsibility in growth-oriented companies.
Cloudbrixx responds to continued growth
With the expansion of the management team, Cloudbrixx is responding to the continuing high demand.
“Real estate today is technical systems, not just buildings. If you don’t actively control your technical data, you lose control over value and capital capacity. We supply the necessary control infrastructure for complex existing properties,” explains Helge Winter, Managing Partner of Cloudbrixx. “The demand for our solutions has skyrocketed. With Dennis Kasch and Aylin Yelsali, we are positioning two personalities who bring operational excellence and scalability together.”
Most recently, the platform recorded around 8500 active users. In 2025, Cloudbrixx was awarded the PropTech Germany Award in the category “Management & Maintenance”. Clients include owners and owner representatives of capital and asset management companies. Users of the software are technical asset and property managers, facility managers and project developers.
“Cloudbrixx has shown in a demanding market that the platform has real operational impact – through transparency, structure and the orchestration of complex processes,” says Dennis Kasch. “My ambition is to consistently accelerate growth with an enterprise approach based on trust, reliable references, clear delivery and measurable customer value.”
Cloudbrixx works for asset and property management customers, portfolio holders, logistics companies and project developers – including large organizations with high requirements for functionality, process stability, integration and compliance.
“For our enterprise customers, what counts most is a first-class, value-adding digitization platform, clear responsibilities and long-term stability,” says Andreas Mertz, Active Chairman. “That’s exactly what Cloudbrixx stands for. With Aylin Yelsali and Dennis Kasch, we are strengthening our management team specifically for the next phase of growth.”
