Colliers is strengthening its residential business in Munich as of January 2027: Bastian Zägelein will take over the position of Head of Capital Markets Residential & Land in the Bavaria region.
The real estate economist has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in national and international real estate transactions with a cumulative volume of around EUR 1 billion during this time. His focus is on transaction management as well as the structuring and implementation of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Most recently, Zägelein was responsible for transaction management at Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate as Head of Transaction Management.
